- Our items currently ship to Canada and the US only.
- Shipping on purchases under $150 is charged at a rate of $12.99 per order.
- Shipping on purchases of $150 or more (to a maximum of $1000) are eligible for free shipping
- MiME Design Studio is not responsible for any orders that are unfulfilled due to any of the following:
- Your address was entered incorrectly during the checkout process.
- Your package was undeliverable due to inaccessibility the delivery address. (ie condo concierge refused package from courier, etc).
*Should any of these issues arise the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of delivery should they wish to have the order resent or should they wish to cancel the order.

Our return policy is as follows:
If you wish to make a return or have any questions about returns please contact us at [email protected], before attempting to return your items.
Any claims for misprinted/factory-damaged/defective items must be received in writing by MiME Design Studio within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be received in writing by MiME Design Studio no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. If the misprinted/factory-damaged/defective items or lost package is deemed an error on our part we will be replace those items at our expense.
- We are unable to accept returns/issue refunds.
- We can accept exchanges on misprinted/factory-damaged/defective apparel only.
- Misprinted/factory-damaged/defective apparel must be unwashed, unworn, and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for exchange.
- We are unable to accept:
- size exchanges
- exchanges on face masks
